Fundamentals of Performance Workshop Series
Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge … some of the basics of human movement broken down and refined so that you can work out safer, smarter, and with better technique. Whether you are a long time gym rat or an exercise novice, this Fundamentals of Performance workshop series will help you refine your skills for optimal performance which lead to better results!
Individual workshops run on Sundays from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
