30 minutes of non-stop abdominal engagement! You will sweat, burn fat, and shred from front to back. We work from hips to shoulders, front, back, and side-to-side. This is a go at your own pace class. We will always go all out and encourage you to do the same while also providing all the necessary modifications. Try to keep up and take breaks when you need to. In this class, everyone wins.
FUERTE CORE + CARDIO
This 45 minute fusion of core and cardio is going to get your heart rate up and your core tight. Focused exercises on your core in concert with low-impact cardio-respiratory work will strengthen your body's foundation as you build your stamina and strengthen your heart. Fuerte Core + Cardio will end with a stretching and muscle relaxation component to make you leave feeling energized and relaxed. All levels of fitness are welcome!
With an equal focus on both strength and resistance training to metabolic conditioning, this class is based on timed intervals with a difficulty determined by you. While only lasting a quick 35 minutes, and aimed towards a whole-body workout, Fuerte Express is perfect for the busy individual who likes to incorporate a variety of tools into their daily routines. All levels of fitness are welcome!
Tried and true, Fuerte Fit is our classic all-level strength & conditioning class with a target to develop every element of fitness-- balance, speed, agility, power, strength, endurance, and most importantly, functionality. Incorporating numerous training methods ranging from dynamic body weight movements to suspension training to sandbag sleds, this hour-long class is designed to assess and target weaknesses with the body, slowly and steadily develop them into strengths, and utilize the entire body while doing so. If you are looking to build muscular endurance while also challenging and evolving your cardiovascular capabilities, then this is the class for you. All levels of fitness are welcome!
TRX + KettleBells
TRX + Kettlebells is a 45 minute class that will work every part of your body. Combining the benefits of total body resistance exercise (TRX) training and kettlebell training, you are going to get a unique, challenging, and über efficient workout! Strength, cardio, core, multiplanar movements, and functional mobility in less than an hour ... what's not to like?

STRONG by ZUMBA
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

Pilates-Barre Mash Up
Fuerte's take on two of today's most effective toning methods combined in one muscle-burning class. In this class, we use time-tested Pilates mat techniques, challenging Barre work, plus plenty of creativity with our Fuerte equipment to strengthen and lengthen you, head to toe! While this is not a cardio class, expect to sweat as we work your whole body with a focus on your arms, core, glutes and legs! The name of the game is toned muscles, better posture, injury prevention, and increased flexibility/range of motion. This is an all-levels class.
SLOW FLOW Yoga
The best of all worlds, this class will help you develop strength and ease tension. Warm up with a slower paced flow that allows you to find your own body’s alignment and truly feel your way into a pose. Finish class by holding poses for a longer time period to allow for a deeper release.
Hands-on assists, alignment, and body positioning in the poses are covered. This practice will emphasize connecting to your body by combining deep breath and movement. All levels of yoga experience are welcome and modifications will be offered.
