FUERTE CORE + CARDIO
This 45 minute fusion of core and cardio is going to get your heart rate up and your core tight. Focused exercises on your core in concert with low-impact cardio-respiratory work will strengthen your body's foundation as you build your stamina and strengthen your heart. Fuerte Core + Cardio will end with a stretching and muscle relaxation component to make you leave feeling energized and relaxed. All levels of fitness are welcome!
With an equal focus on both strength and resistance training to metabolic conditioning, this class is based on timed intervals with a difficulty determined by you. While only lasting a quick 35 minutes, and aimed towards a whole-body workout, Fuerte Express is perfect for the busy individual who likes to incorporate a variety of tools into their daily routines. All levels of fitness are welcome!
Tried and true, Fuerte Fit is our classic all-level bootcamp with a target to develop every element of fitness-- balance, speed, agility, power, strength, endurance, and most importantly, functionality. Incorporating numerous training methods ranging from dynamic body weight movements to suspension training to sandbag sleds, this hour-long class is designed to assess and target weaknesses with the body, slowly and steadily develop them into strengths, and utilize the entire body while doing so. If you are looking to build muscular endurance while also challenging and evolving your cardiovascular capabilities, then this is the class for you. All levels of fitness are welcome!
TRX SUSPENSION + CORE
This uniquely organized class is fashioned solely with a focus on blending the incorporation of slow-twitch muscle fibers and hard-core conditioning to develop core stability, balance, and whole-body fortitude. With an equal emphasis on both plyometric cardio and body-weight suspension training, followed by an arduous core series, you will be sure to feel the burn for days thereafter. Stretching & Strengthening
Body TuneUp combines targeted self-massage, elements of yoga, and corrective exercise. This class can be used as a perfect complement to all other forms of working out. The techniques used in in this class can help prevent injury, recovery from injury, improve posture, and enhance performance. Body TuneUp helps identify and target areas of your body that are most overused, underused, or misused. Sounds good, right? Come and start living better in your own body!
Experience the many benefits of Forrest Yoga: building core strength, stretching and strengthening your muscles and creating space in your joints so you can walk through your life with more grace and ease. You will also build the foundation for thrilling advanced poses — inversions, backbends, deep hip openers, and arm balances. Hands-on assists, alignment and correct body positioning in the poses is covered, with emphasis on connecting in feeling to your body, deep breathing, and how to combine breath and movement. All levels of yoga experience are welcome!
Designed to strengthen, tighten and tone, this barre workout flows through high-powered sequences that specifically target the arms, legs and core. Each session incorporates a variety of poses to keep your body (and mind!) guessing and also offers modifications that will continually keep you motivated and energized. This intense class will challenge and change your body from the ground up—no dance experience required!
Yin Yoga is a quiet, gentle practice, suitable for all levels of practitioner. The postures are all practiced with your muscles relaxed, staying in each pose from 3 to 5 minutes. Yin Yoga helps improve flexibility and uses longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body - it's a great class for men and perfect for athletes! Yin yoga is designed to literally open the body up, peeling away the layers of stress, injury, and tension that reside within. Special focus is placed on the mobility and health of our joints in the hips, pelvis and spine.
