We are a welcoming community studio that offers fitness classes and special events focused on healthy living for adults and children.  Our fitness classes are taught by a team of fun and creative instructors.  We empower our members to challenge themselves physically and mentally, no matter what their starting point.  We recognize that our community is diverse, so we offer beginner to advanced classes, as well as adult, child, and family offerings.  Our goal is not only for our members to love our classes and events, but for them to truly enjoy the inclusive fitness community we foster at Fuerte.

Workshop #1:  Push

Sunday, October 1st:  4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Ahh ... the Push Up, loved by few and hated by many.  Found in almost every workout in some form or another.  In this workshop we will learn skills and drills that will lead you to proper shoulder positioning and technique so that you may continue pushing for a lifetime. 

Workshop #2:  Pull

Sunday, October 8th:  4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

The pull up is one of the most misunderstood exercises in modern workouts. Proper technique here helps reduce injury, quickly increase strength, and build a foundation of movement that helps improve the rest of your workout without you even trying.

workshop #3:  Squat

Sunday, October 15th:  4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Let’s generate some power! In this third workshop we will focus on the basics of the squat … a human movement that has been lost to many due to the invention of chairs. Learn tips and techniques you can use not just in the gym but also in your daily life to find a healthy spine and a healthy squat.

Workshop #4:  hinge

Sunday, October 22nd:  4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

From picking up a child to lifting a heavy weight, humans hinge on a daily basis. Learn the mechanics of the hinge so you can have a happy healthy spine not just in the gym but also in your daily routines.
